1. Pre-Camp Guides
Not sure when to meet the bus or drop your child off at camp? Or what address you can use to send a letter to your child while at camp?

Pioneer Ranch Camps' Pre-Camp Guide will provide you with the details you need to know as you prepare to send your child to Pioneer this summer.

2. BRING A FRIEND REBATE PROGRAM
The Bring a Friend Rebate Program provides a rebate of $80 for each friend who attends a two week camp and $40 for each friend who attends a one week camp in 2010. See details.

To activate the program, complete the Bring a Friend Rebate Program Form and mail or fax it to Pioneer's head office. Application Deadline: June 15, 2010.

3. What To Bring
What should your child bring to camp? Besides all the "normal" camp clothes, there are extra items to bring depending on your child's camp.

4. Out-trip Gear Lists
The "What to Bring" and "Gear Lists" have been combined into one pdf downloadable document. If you have download the "What to Bring" lists in #3 (above), you will see that the out-trip 'Gear List' is included. You can find the combined lists by choosing the appropriate camp from the out-trip page or from the appropriate summer camp page.

5. Helmets required while horseback riding
Anyone participating in any horseback activity at Pioneer must wear a helmet. Appropriate helmets are provided by Pioneer or feel free to bring your own SEI/ASTM approved helmet with you.

6. Publication Refusal  If you do not want to have contact information published in the camp directories for distribution among campers and camp staff, please download a publication refusal form and submit to the Pioneer Ranch Camps Office in Sundre, Alberta before June 15, 2010.
